The doctor who treated Ebola patients a few days ago has been diagnosed with Ebola virus, and the condition is critical. The Nebraska surgeons are now treating a surgeon who has been affected by the Ebola virus while treating Ebola patients in the hospitals.

Dr. Phil Smith leads the Nebraska Medical Center’s biocontainment unit said that the condition of Dr. Martin Salia is very serious. The unit have successfully treated two of Ebola patients until now. Dr. Smith said that the Salia is extremely ill.

According to the reports, doctors are saying that the condition of Dr. Salia can be serious than the patients they have treated. The condition and severity can effect the treatment process to a significant level as the severity of patients treated in US was lower than that of Dr. Salia.

Ebola virus has already killed nearly 5000 people around the world. Countries in West Africa, mostly in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leona have been severely affected by this deadly virus. 

US government and scientists are trying hard to find a solution for it, and have started curing people that been infected with ebola virus. The vaccine is expected to launch in the year 2015.
