Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL), since the launch of iPhone 6 has sold nearly 10 million iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Unarguably these next generation iPhone are the best Apple has ever had. The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are considerably better, bigger, and smarter than ever with all new iOS 8, company launched a few days ago.
In just three days, Apple made a record sale of the 10 million devices, the Cupertino giant itself has never seen these groundbreaking statistics. However, the company was only able to sell about 45 million iPhone 5S and 5C in the first quarter this year. The current statistics are better than ever, and company is expected to the touch a milestone of 50 million phones or more by the end of this year.
Currently, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are only available in U.S., Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and in the U.K, the company, however, will also launch it in the next 20 countries on the Sept 26th, and remaining by the end of this year. It is expected the Cupertino giant will hit another wave of its flagship device in other countries by the end of this year.
As most the stores do not have iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in their stocks, company is expected to put them back in the coming few weeks. It is being reported that the Apple iPhone 6 is outperforming the Apple iPhone 6 Plus in terms of the sales. It is without a doubt that the iPhone 6 Plus have better specification but due to its size, and the legacy Apple maintained till last year is supposedly boosting the sales of the iPhone 6.
Whereas on the flip side, analysts believe that the figures provided are only from retail stores not from an online store. It is still unknown about how many iPhone 6 and 6 Plus were sold by the Apple.
