Motorola has officially announced that their new flagship smartphone; the Moto X will be available for pre-order on Sept. 16 alongside Moto Hint, and Motorola Turbo Charger as well. Motorola also introduced the Moto X ‘Pure Edition’, hence this Tuesday, users will be able to order an AT&T Moto X for $99 with contract or they can order the one with unlocked bootloader and also SIM unlocked ‘Pure Edition’ for $499.99.
Moto Hint is a wireless-earbud and it’s definitely not like any other bluetooth earpiece. Moto Hint will allow you to control your phone and give it commands without even touching it, and also it has up to 100 hours standby time as well. Motorola Turbo Charger is Moto’s fastest charger yet, and just within 15 minutes, it can give 8 hours of battery life to your Moto phone. Moto Hint will be available for $149.99 while the Turbo charger will cost $34.99.
Motorola new Moto X is stronger than ever, and The Verge said that it could be the best Android phone ever made. Moto X comes with a Android 4.4.4 KitKat, 5.2” (423 ppi) 1080p OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, MSM8974-AC 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 with quad-core CPU, Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB RAM, 13 MP camera with a 2MP front facing camera as well, it also features front facing speakers, and a 2300 mAh battery. And that’s not it, with the help of Moto Maker, you can choose from 25 colors, along with wood and leather back options.
Right now, Motorola faces tough competition in the market, from competitors like Apple, Samsung, HTC, and LG. Moto X is a flagship, and it is one of the very few flagship smartphones that stands out of the crowd. One of the reasons is the Moto Maker; for example with other companies you are stuck with 3-4 colors, but Motorola gives you a vast choice and let you design your own smartphone.
With all these new additions, it seems that Motorola is looking forward to a strong quarter ahead. Moto 360 was sold out within three hours of its release, and it will be available again on Sept.16 as well. Moto 360 received a good response from people, and it looks like the new Moto X will also receive the same feedback. Hopefully, we will see the results soon.

This is good news and will almost certainly be upgradable beyond Kitkat so no worries that it will be prematurely obsolete.
